2. How We Use Your Information
To enable live audio/video streaming and chat in Swish
To authenticate users via Google Login
To monitor activities and enforce community guidelines
To allow Admin to block any user along with their device if inappropriate behavior is detected
To improve app performance
3. Chat & Moderation
Your chat messages are visible to all viewers in the same live stream.
Swish Admin can view all chat messages in real time.
Admin can delete messages, mute users, or block user + device instantly.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data only with:
Google (for authentication)
Cloud hosting providers (for storing metadata and logs)
Legal authorities (if required by law)
5. Data Storage & Retention
Chat logs: Stored for 30 days, then deleted
Audio/Video streams: Not recorded by default
Device IDs & block lists: Stored permanently unless Admin removes
Activity logs: Stored for 60 days
6. Your Rights
You can:
Logout from Google at any time
Request deletion of your chat history
Request a copy of your activity data
If blocked by device: You cannot log in from that device again with any Google account.

By using Swish, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old.
You must have a valid Google account to log in.
2. Account & Login
Only Google Login is allowed.
Admin can block your account + device without prior notice if you violate rules.
3. Prohibited Conduct (BAN OFFENSES)
You CANNOT do the following on Swish:

| Nudity, sexual content, violence | Permanent ban (account + device) |
| Harassment, bullying, threats | Permanent ban (account + device) |
| Spamming chat | Warning → Temp ban → Permanent ban |
| Using VPN to bypass device ban | Permanent ban (device blacklisted forever) |
| Hacking or crashing the app | Permanent ban + legal action |
| Streaming copyrighted music/movies | Content removal + warning/ban |
4. Admin Rights
Swish Admin has full control to:
Monitor any live stream or chat
Delete any message
Mute any user
Remove user from stream
Block user account + device ID permanently
Admin decision is final. No automatic appeal.
5. Blocking Policy
If you are device-blocked:
You cannot log in from that device again
Even with a different Google account
Even after factory reset (device ID is permanent)
VPN detection = permanent blacklist
To request unblock: Email info@deepverselab.com (unblock is rare and only at Admin's discretion)
6. Disclaimer
Swish is provided "AS IS" without warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted streaming or no bugs.
You use Swish at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Data loss
Harassment from other users
Device damage
Legal issues from content you upload
Maximum liability = $10 USD.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
